James M. Whiteside - The company's founder, Jim Whiteside brings 20 years of industrial real estate experience in the seven county greater Charlotte area. He is a charter member of the Charlotte Region Commercial Board of Realtors and has been recognized numerous times as one of the top industrial brokers in the region. He is also a CRCBR's MultiMillion Dollar club award winner. Jim's passion for understanding the industrial landscape began in the early 1980's as a district manager with ADP. His working knowledge and experience with market sectors including textiles, furniture, assembly, computer board manufacturing and bottling applied well to assisting industry with their facility requirements.
