Whiteside Industrial Properties represented a Buyer in acquiring a 160,000 SF distribution facility and proceeded to add an additional 100,000 square feet with our construction management expertise. The building was subsequently sold by Whiteside Industrial Properties and the East Coast Investor utilized the services of an International Commercial Real Estate Company. After (5) five years of vacancy and copper theft, Whiteside Industrial Properties was hired by the Investor to fix the vacancy problem. We secured a Tenant LOI in two (2) months and lease within (5) five months for 160,000 SF. A month later we had the balance (100,000 SF) leased simultaneous to a new regional investor taking out the East Coast investor for a sizeable profit. The regional investor has since sold the property for a nice profit to an International Entity and the building remains 100% leased.
