Jim and Brooks Whiteside represented Bob Poffenbarger LLC (Seller) and brought the buyer to the property at 314 W. Bland Street. Magnus Capital Partners (Buyer) purchased 314 W. Bland for $4.25 million. Magnus Capital Partners plans on renovating the industrial space in to an adaptive reuse project. This would continue the transformation of South End. Brooks Whiteside says this design will take advantage of the original hardwood floors and 16-foot ceilings with wooden-slat decking and stone columns.
The 42,000-square-foot building could accommodate up to 10 tenants, with a mix of retail and food-and-beverage options. The site also has good space for a showroom or creative office space. Whiteside Industrial will also handle the leasing of the spaces.
